The contest has three (3) categories:

Contest Eligibility:

  • The contest is open to all registered participants who have agreed to the Release and Waiver Agreement upon registration.

  • Winners of the Nationwide Photo and Video Walk 2024 and Leaders of the Nationwide Photo and Video Walk 2025 are not eligible to join.

  • Participants may enter one or more categories, provided they meet the basic requirements regarding the camera used.

  • FUJIFILM users may submit entries in both the Open Photo and FUJIFILM Exclusive Photo categories, while:

  • Non-FUJIFILM users may only enter the Open Photo category.

  • Employees of FUJIFILM Philippines Inc. and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified.

Contest Mechanics:

Common Guidelines:

  • Date Setting: Cameras must be configured to the specific date provided by the walk leader during the meet-up. Incorrect dates in EXIF data will result in disqualification.

  • Theme: The contest theme will be revealed during the meet-up. There will be one theme for all categories, and submissions must adhere to this theme.

  • Genre: Participants are encouraged to explore their creativity, as a diverse range of styles and approaches is welcome, provided that all entries align with the contest theme.

  • Location: Participants may choose to shoot only in any location within the designated meet-up area where they registered, adhering to local customs and regulations. Shooting in any town or city outside the registered area is prohibited.

  • Time Limit: Participants have until 2:00 PM on October 5, 2024, to shoot. Entries captured after this time will be disqualified.

  • Content Restrictions: Entries must not violate copyright, privacy rights, or contain inappropriate content, including obscene, sexually explicit, or political material. Photos of minors will not be allowed.

  • Agreement: By submitting an entry, participants agree to the following:

  • To grant FUJIFILM Philippines and its partners and affiliates permission to use submitted photos and/or videos for marketing or advertising purposes.

  • To release FUJIFILM Philippines from all liabilities associated with the capture and use of the submitted photos and/or videos.

  • Short List: Shortlisted participants will be notified via email and must provide original, full-resolution files.

  • Disqualification Clause: FUJIFILM Philippines reserves the right to disqualify any photograph or image at any time for any reason, including but not limited to failure to comply with the stated requirements.

  1. Equipment: Only FUJIFILM camera is allowed, along with Fujinon/3rd party lenses, tripods, stabilizers, or external microphones. Other camera brands and mobile devices are prohibited.

  2. Editing: Participants may use any editing software, ensuring the final film is exactly 30 seconds or less, including credits.

  3. Description: Each entry must include a short description (1-2 sentences) explaining the concept or story behind the video.

  4. Music: Royalty-free music or original soundtracks are permitted; shortlisted participants must provide a copy of the music license.

  5. Format and Resolution: Videos must have a resolution of at least 1080p (Full HD) and can use any standard aspect ratio.

  6. Submission: Completed short films must be uploaded to YouTube as unlisted links. Participants must submit the link via https://forms.gle/5fjYYLFw4hEeNwnp6 on or before October 6, 2025, at 11:59PM
